While I try to post recipes that are health conscience, sometimes you just want to indulge with a simple, quick basic recipe. These pancakes are no exception.

Ingredients
Dry- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 1.5 tablespoons sugar
Wet
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix your dry ingredients together
- Mix your wet ingredients
- Mix your wet into your dry ingredients
- Let sit for 15 min (important for puffy pancakes)
- Take your non-stick skillet and pour some batter, flip when you start seeing little bubbles popping through the top layer of the pancake
